Community Information Support Services is a Not-for-Profit social enterprise established to support the health and well being of Australians. Our vision is to see the generation of better health and social outcomes across Australia by improved access to high quality community information.

My Community Directory

My Community Directory is the one place Australians find quality, online health and community event information to meet these challenges now and in the future. The directory lists organisations that provide services that are free or subsidised to the public in thousands of location across Australia. These services are aligned into various Community Directories.

SEARCH AND FIND
From small volunteer groups to major charities and government departments - find services to get help or get involved.
LIST FOR FREE
Services can list, securely manage their info, and be found online, all for free.
TOOLS FOR ANALYSIS
Organisations can plan, research, refer and communicate using real time community data and analytics.

HART 4000

HART 4000 is a homeless hub in Brisbane. We were formed in 2005 through the joint efforts of a number of inner city agencies and are under the auspice of the New Farm Neighbourhood Centre.

HART 4000 can help you with:

  • Housing advocacy and support.
  • Direct referrals to Roma House and other crisis accommodation providers.
  • Referrals to and assistance with community and social housing: applications, support letters, bond loan and rental grant applications.
  • TICA checks.
  • Assistance to get housed and stay housed.
  • Case management and case coordination.
  • Assistance to find sustainable housing that is suitable for your needs.

HART 4000 can provide you with information and referrals to these services:

  • Youth services
  • Drug and alcohol services (including rehab and detox)
